The town of Unterberg was only renowned for two things. Good quality carpentry and excellent funeral service. It was a somber town without any taverns. Even the children were calm and quiet. But all that changed a cold Geheimnisnacht.
A necromancer, Torquemada Totenhaus, came to town.

Torquemada was a fanatical (and insane) BloodBowl fan. He travelled the Old World in search for “undeveloped” towns to “introduce” them to the most noble of sports.

When he came to Unterberg he quickly went to the Morticians’ Guild and held them hostage with the aid of the newly (and expertly preserved!) deceased. In exchange of their freedom the priest of Morr, who lived near the shrine of said deity, had to leave town immediately!
When the priest was out of town, Torquemada started to raise all the corpses in Unterberg. He wanted to have a large workforce for his next move!

The people of Unterberg awoke the next day only to meet the most horrifying scene they’ve ever seen. The streets were full of dead people. Walking dead people.
And at the stairs of the burghermasters mansion an evil-looking wizard stood, adressing them all with a booming voice.

But now I have come to enlighten you!
With the aid of my minions you will construct a massive building. An arena!
And in that arena you will experience Life in all It’s glory!
From this day forward, let the town of Unterberg be a town dedicated to the greatest of passions!

<b>BloodBowl!</b></i></center>

The arena was constructed and named “Unterberg Mortuary”. The people of Unterberg was reluctant att first, but as time went on they became fans of BloodBowl. Maybe because they found out that the sport was trully great, but mainly because of the roving bands of undead that forced them into the arena every sunday.

Today the town of Unterberg is still renowned for their funeral service. Only now the deceased are clad in BloodBowl-gear and sent to the arena.
