<div style="width: 600px; text-align: left;">No, not the Cleveland Force... the Cleveland Norse. Get it? Ok. That's weak. The lego tie-in is not some sort of inside joke or anything, either. I just happen to like legos. Who doesn't? <b>Week 1</b> First round of qualifying went pretty well. I managed to get 4 games in and somehow ended up on top with a 2/2/0 record. Skill rolls were fantastic (4 of my first 5 rolls were doubles, including a +ST!) and I managed to recover from the loss of a blitzer in my first game. Good matches against Screech, GorTeX, Celas and Falcone. <b>Week 2</b> End of the qualifying round and I didn't do quite so well. After a big win over MWK, Evo (as always) knocked me out of the realm of undefeatedness. AlcingRagaholic followed up with a close 2-1 game for my second loss, leaving me at 3-2-2 and tied for second in the overall standings. <b>Week 3</b> Week 3 was a slow one. I was in a foul mood because of the dreaded Real Life®™ and I ended up playing two really poor games. The first one was against Evo and his DEs. Evo always beats me, so it really didn't matter that I was playing poorly, right? Well, that's what I keep telling myself. The second match was against Trog. I always beat Trog. I have never seen anyone with such consistent bad luck against a particular person (I attribute my record vs Evo to consistent idiocy and his superior skills, so that doesn't count). Either way, it still didn't really matter that I was playing like crap because there was no way to lose against those dice. On the whole, while everything was good, my mood was fouled with random grumpiness and it ended up a downer for yours truly. Additionally, I managed to lose a skilled blitzer, a ST 4 lineman and an ogre with block, putting me way down at the bottom of the TR rankings. Yikes. Next week should be ugly with my awe-inspiring 9 lineman team. :) <b>Week 4</b> Erm... I'm writing this a bit belatedly, so it is not quite as fresh in my mind as I'd like. However I do recall that it went pretty well for me, so I can hardly complain. I had a really close game against LurkingGrue's zons which ended up in a well-deserved tie. After that, I snuck past GorTeX's ailing skaven thanks to his usual crappy dice. Brutal CAS rolls on that one left him hurting. I ended up faring pretty well in the qualifier and so it was back to the Premiereship. <b>Week 5</b> Good games this week. We each got in 3 games (with Evo and Alcing still in the middle of their game, as of my writing this) and I'm anticipating a second place finish, although I'm not sure. The big news is that I finally beat EvolveToAnarchism! Second time ever (first was my chaos vs his flings!). Regardless of where I end up in the standings, I'm happy with that. I was worried he'd be getting bored of playing against me. Morley's did the dirty work for me there. Second game was a loss to Z's Nurgle team. Nasty fight all around and I got no lovin' trying to take out the claw beastman. Finally I squeezed past GorTeX's wounded skaven team. He had to hire freebooters to get up to 11 players and the first turn left one freebooter and a regular linerat out.
