A Dark Rider arrives at your gate late one morning - the sun's almost up. 'A
letter to your highness. From Naggarond, milady.' Once back inside the house,
you pry open the seal with trepidation. An official communication, with Lord
Malekith's signet. With a sense of foreboding you unfold the parchment, and
begin to read. It takes several reads for the message to finally sink in: you
are being commended - given a special assignment by the Witch King himself. For
the next weeks, you ponder upon this.

You have been awarded a contingent of the Black Guard, the formidable personal
troops of the lord Malekith. They shall form the bulk of your force, and with
their success shall your own esteem grow in the eyes of our glorious Witch King.

Furthermore, the leaders of the Cursed City have agreed to lend you a pair of
their legendary Executioners, for they would not have the name of Har Ganeth
left out of any history of bloodshed. For they are indeed the masters of
bloodshed, deeply devoted to Khaine, Lord of Death. Do well, and more may be
given to you.

Exceptionally, you are hereby given leave to use any gold gained in this
enterprise as you see would best further our cause.

On a final note, you are to display the Executioners' standard at your games. It
is taken for granted that you would dedicate each event of bloodshed to the Lord
of Murder, but this gesture, we are assured, will secure Khaine's attention as
well as placate our Har Ganeth cousins.

Rest assured that we will be paying attention to your success. If you perform as
expected, we may consider assigning a Maibd or two to your command, to further
advance Khaine's glory - who better to further his designs than those who he has
owned from infancy, his Brides.
