Growing tired of their eternal lives, and looking for fun, the Old Gods of Norse Mythology looked to the Earthly realm for entertainment. This is when they came across the game of "Blood Bowl" They saw this as a perfect oppertunity and set about forming a team. The gods searched High and low throughout Norsca, finding the strongest, fastest and bravest warriors to form a team. Each Norseman became endowed with the power of their faithful God and an almighty team was born. It is rumoured that in some games the Gods Possess the Norsemen granting them Superhuman powers.
