Sneak Attack Snack Pack
P [S] Halfling

The team that has come to be known as the Sneak Attack Snack Pack, traces its beginings to two semi ingenious ogres, which also happen to be the team's only skilled players. Grimgaze and Fellfist had often squabbled and that bickering turned to knock down drag out fights more often than not. But never did they battle as fiercely as when it came to supporting Blood Bowl games. They always found themselves supporting opposing teams and inevitably they would come to blows over who was right. It was during one particularly fierce fued (which resulted in a broken leg , broken collar, a smashed toe and a high appothacary bill) that they came to realize that they were destined to play the sport. Each respectively searched their personal horde for armor that would come close to fitting and lumbered out to the local field feeling confident that they were bound for glory. Much to their surprize it came as quite a shock to realize that there were so many ogres trying out that they were obviously outclassed and out numbered. Dejected and angered they broke some property and a few people as they stormed away from the field in despair. It was just about that time that a slick looking dark elf caught up to them. He introduced himself as Viscount Aubrey Darkdespair and after looking the two of them up and down. Told them that he was a noble who had been bound by a treaty to make no further increases in his personal military holdings. Not satisfied with the position which this treaty put him in, he offered to hire Grimgaze and Fellfist as his 2 bodyguards. Knowing this would be seen as an addition to his forces, the Viscount suggested that they create a bloodbowl team so that he could quitely shuffle funds to them, reasoning that if he acted as a coach to the team, there wasn't much that could be said about it. But this left one big problem finding a team.... after all the local try outs were over and those that were worth their salt, had already been picked up. Thats when fate stepped in. Grimgaze felt something brush his ankle and absentmindedly went to scracth it. When he reached down he came back up with halfling in his hand. "Ex...Ex...Umm..Excuse me sir" babbled the little thing, "But erm....could you direct us to the Feasting Festival Championchips?" It seems they had stumbled upon the Littleton Eastbank Local Society of Eating #471 who were bound for a national eating contest and numbered a full thirteen head! The Viscount smiled visciously and said "yes but of course gentlemen, right this way!!" as he herded the group to the field. The next thing the poor halfers knew they were being handed jerseys and told to write their favorite food on the back. Of course they took to this with zeal but were very confused when the Viscount came around and added words like Calamity and Brutal in front of their selections. The Viscount then addressed the group and said "Welcome gentlemen! We look forward to a glorious season of Blood Bowl we thank you for volunteering for the team. For every win that you accumulate I will feast each of you with your favorite food, and for each of you that doesn't wish to play or wants to leave the team I will feast the ogres!" At which point he pointed to the 2 huge monstrosities which were now wearing jerseys with "Halflings" written on the back. Thus a team and a legacy was born.
