Founding Members of the <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=3042>Deep South League</a> From deep within the mangroves of Sydneys Bicentennial park where he was charged with keeping an eye on the men and beasts of the Southern Wastes, Nurgle's favourite Beast... Gangrene has arisen from his guard duties. Tired of hiding in the mud.. his tentacles mistaken for pneumatophores, Gangrene travelled the boardwalks.. coming apon a flyer for a new Blood Bowl league in the Southern Wastes to be known as the Deep South League. Quick to inform his master Nurgle, it was swiftly decided that a presence was required, and a team formed. Gang Green is that team. Charged with bringing the fear of Nurgle to the Southern Wastes, to kill and maim their finest, and to infect and sway more to their masters chaotic cause. Great honour has been bestowed apon the chosen beastmen, for the team captain is none other than Gangrene himself. <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=yearbook&team_id=224462>Yearbook</a> Coaching Staff: <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=2613271>Ripnur the Bold</a> (Tentacle Cleaner) <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=2613283>Drakish of Dargrod</a> (Horn Sharpener) <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&at=0&group=3042&show=10526>Season 1:</a> 5th: (3(1)/2/2) A mixed season where the team tried to do Nurgle's bidding but in some sort of power struggle with Nuffle often failed to do anything. Had a forfeit in there, and while I am happy we made it as high as fifth the team really is a little underdeveloped for next season. Hopefully Nurgle will bless them a little more as they are lacking in the mutations which might give them the edge down the line. The team welcome's Ripnur the Bold and Drakish of Dargrod to the assistant coaching ranks. Didnt lose anyone this season though.. what does the Deep South hold in store for us next season. |
