In nineteenth century New York City, a number of brutal gangs conducted nighttime raids on ships docked on the waterfront, killing anyone who stood in the way of the cargo. Most of the members of this team have been recruited from the Daybreak Boys and the Patsy Conroy Gang, two of the most numerous, daring and vicious of the river pirate gangs.
