Warlord Grashnick Doomclaw cackled quietly to himself as his servants cleared the area before his table. The scrum of the slaves fighting to death over the one key to freedom had led his thoughts down a certain path. He knew a Grey Seer, Warpfrenzy Lightningspew, who was starting up a Blood Bowl team, and who needed some quality fodder. Here was a glorious opporutunity to watch warriors of other races pummel and destroy his skaven slaves. That Grashnick's slaves comprised of mostly members of his own litter was particularly gratifying to him as well. Game One Results--- Grashnick left the arena feeling conflicted. While the skaven team had played amazingly flukey, managing a tie with a Chaos Dwarf team, only one skaven had been seriously injured, and a broken neck at that. Grasknick wished he could watch a fast or agile team sometime, it seemed that only bashy teams travelled from arena to arena. Game Two Results Grashnick was going to lose all of his fur at this rate. Another fluke performance by an outnumbered skaven led to a tie against a Dark elf team. Only one of the slaves had been seriously injured. However the game was much more entertaining than the bash fests he had been witnessing. |
