| Full of youth and promise, the Boegenhafen Blitzkrieg were bloodied into a shocking five losses in their first six games. Bad luck dogged the team, even when their tactics didn't let them down. And then they met the Cyber Hammers. Was their name literal? The scoreline reflected badly on the valiant efforts of Jason von Hochsleben to tie the match, but his attempts might have been more successful had a full SEVEN players not been injured during the match. Afterwards coach Sven-Goran Murgsson was roundly lynched, the team disbanded, and the surviving players went on to form the Bogenhafen Butchers. |
