This is an idiot bastard team. They attract cas as magnet attracts iron. They do it in the beggining of the match so that it is totally hopeless to play them.
Yes, you can play elfs even if they are 7 only or less. Yes, if you can do at least 1-2 dice-action before the turnover. They are not this type.

But I will not retire them.
Let them suffer.
And let them make me suffer.

(So beware: according to team-performance you will surely beat them and pond them but it will be a very, very boring game.)
