Beaten soundly in Spuds Bowl V, and then again during the first Wiggum Championships (finishing bottom of each group) - they shocked all during Spuds Bowl VII, winning all 3 group games to make it to the final, where they beat Underhill Hammers 2-0 to claim the Spuds Bowl! With the dizzy celebrations of a Spuds Bowl win, the team then lumbered in mediocrity until Spuds XI in which they unexpectedly rumped their way into a Derby final show-down versus the Stinking Skinks. A 2-3 thriller ensued, the Skinks winning the game with a last gasp touchdown! Since then, the Touch plied their trade at Wiggum standard, winning two Wiggums, yet failing to return to the big-time until after their MCCC Open win in S18. A Spuds Bowl victory in Season 20 meant the Forkies were proclaimed the best team around; but they failed to make the final 2 seasons later when they missed out in the first ever Spuds Bowl semi finals.
