It looks like the only way to learn in bloodbowl is to loose. Loose loose and keep on loosing. But make note of why you loose and why the other guy wins. The Fearless Fuzzbolts are going to loose, get injured and die. Or at least I suspect so. But they will happily charge into battle with any acedemy team to learn the ins and outs of the game.
