What began as a "for the hell of it" team has turned out to be one of my favorites. No "Elf-Bowler" I, the Daemonblades play equally against finesse and bash and while we have not won all of our matches, we have yet to lose. The Druchii of the Daemonblades pride themselves on stingy defense first and scoring when they are able. We also count a high number of lineman among our number, choosing to develop new talent rather than simply hiring specialist Blitzers.We had our first loss, getting f'ed up by an amazingly hard-hitting Welf team! I'm not sure if we were outplayed but we certainly got out-classed in the casualty department. Losing our rerolls to Doom And Gloom was annoying especially since when the match was offered and accepted, there was no 11 point disparity in our ratings. >< It cost me a go ahead TD in the first half which could have made all of the difference. His treeman NEVER failed a "Take Root" roll either. We're bitter.

So, being Dark Elves and spiteful by nature, we have taken some time off to lick our wounds and plan to mount a new offensive soon.
