Altough some of the teams were very powerfull, and technically able to win games, every sane commish of a league denied the Mordor's teams applications since it was common knowledge that the team facing them would never recover from a game against them. Also, it became pretty obvious that at the end of a game from the Mordor, only the Mordor's fans were still living to proclame the supremacy of their players. Sooner then later, the Mordor got a reputation: any Bloodbowl's teams and fans going into Mordor for a game never returned. </br></br> Finally, the Mordor managed to create a team that could respect SOME of the league's rules about killing fans-payers-anything and he also modified the Minas Morgul Stadium to encage his own fans so they could'nt eat the other fans.
