The Magick is a team based in a town near Altdorf. It lies just in between two castles ruled by the families Van Holt and Kraken. These two families pretty much rule the town in most matters, which goes for the team as well. They are main beneficiaries of the Magick, and used their money and power to recruit an entirely new troupe of players after the tragic "Shadowforest Bloodthursty Beasts and their damned hungry Minotaur"-incident. In the teams history, many members of these two aristocratic families have found their ways to the team as well, because of money as well as some talent every now and then. Kristofer Kraken for example, is known as the worst Magicks-player throughout the ages, with only one leg and a legendary poor eye-sight.

However, todays Magick-squad sports three young nobles that seem to be midly gifted at least. Jonatan and Karl van Holt have already proved they are willing to shed their own blood as well as others for the sake of the team. Daniel Kraken (great-grandson of Kristofer) is only a lineman, but will show courage and stand as an example for the others anyday like a true team-leader.
