These guys ain't the fastest bunch in Hobbiton, nor the brightes!! Hence the name Fast as Snails!! They got that name when one of the elders seen them out playing ball and thought he was watching an instant replay in slow motion. So he set up a race all of them against his pet snail Freddie. Well the whistle blew and 3 days later Freddie won the race! SusieQ came in second a whole 2 hours later! Thats how they came known as Fast as Snails. ( Afterwards Freddie had admitted to taking performance inhancing drugs. He was band for life from sports.)
