Undead Baseball Greats
P [R] Shambling Undead

This team will be only have zombies that are raised from dead players. Zombies will be freebooted to comprise a full team until enough zombies are "recruited". Money is for replacement players or RR's.. Stars will not be hired unless playing a tournament.


After 2 games things are going well on the field...except we've not caused any Cas.. which is bad for a team dedicated to filling the zombie slots with RIPs:(.. this may be a try again team and hope for better cas rolls:)

Game 3 - Woodies, got 4 cas 2 BH and 2 SI but still no RIP... money is gettin tight. only gonna have 9 for the next one:( Ty Cobb niggled on his first skill.. may be awhile before i can afford to replace him:)

Game 4 - Vampires, figuring.. hell maybe they will kill a few for me.. DENIED! got a RIP on a turn 17 gang foul.. but the apoth saved him.. niggled Wight was Killed .. no regen... so 6 for the next game.. should be interesting.

Game 5 - Darkies, started with only 6 players with the death of Ty Cobb the previous game. Scored 2 cas (BH and MNG) still awaiting first perm zombie.

Game 6 - Woodies, started with 10 players thanks to game 5 going injury free and scoring some loot. Got the ref for the entire first half and actually caused an RIP.. apothed.. but it cost him his catcher for the next game and a -AV on his tree... a hard fought draw.

Game 7 - Chaos, lasted 2 turns this game before they conceded. in 2 turns the Greats caused a BH and an RIP (Failed Apoth:) adding to our team the first zombie convert (also won the MVP) the +FF and extra money will be needed for this teams survival.

Game 8 - Ogres, got nuffled this game... got 1 BH and a SI-N on a foul.. no converts.. Our zombie convert did skill thoughand now that he's a DP.. maybe the converts will flow more freely:)

Game 9 - Skaven, Rats had terrible luck this game failing to score... the Greats..while winning the game and converting a gutter runner to the other side.. lost the services of Whitey Ford for the next game on a 2d skull, rr, 2d skull :( .. big thanks to the useless apoth for Basil's services.

Game 10 - Darkies, Niggled a +ST lineelf on the 1st block of the game, but the apoth saved him... The other SI was a failed block on a mummy. Got 4 skills from this game..sadly 2 of the 4 niggled ... on the 2nd aging rolls:( Replaced the Wight(Lou Gehrig) right away.

Game 11 - Chaos, started with 10 players and the ball.. GTR to start the game really set the tone.. giving a MNG and 2 BH (both CW's) before the half.. sadly no converts this game.. especially against my old advisary Quinn.. but a solid win. Lou Gehrig II was Killed this game sadly after coming on before the game started.. revenge will be sought.

Game 12 - Necromantic, fought hard for a draw this game, causing 3 SI.. but sadly no converts.. was hoping to recruit a werewolf:)

Game 13 - Orcs, With only 1 effective boot (BH BOB) and all other armor rolls failing to break.. no converts:(.. a win.. no players lost.. almost enough money to replace the mummy.

Game 14 - Skaven, went in short handed and caused only 1 cas.. a RIP with failed Apoth (thankfully the good doc was too drunk to make it). We will be missing the services of our +MA dodge mummy for the next game due to a failed block by the Rat Ogre.

Game 15 - Vampires, Very similar to game 4.. vamps only ofabed 6 times for the game.. and when they did the best they managed was a KO:(.. on the other hand we threw no fouls this game and got 5 cas.. all BH:( Lost a convert this game to a 1d block at the end of the first half.. failed regen:(. Lost a Ghoul for the next game on a failed dodge to try and make a pass to win the game:( Lost FF and the players that were KO'd for me stayed KO'd the entire game:(.. all in all not much to smile about.. on the other hand they did have an almost 80% luck rating for the game:(

Game 16 - Humans, a Total luck reversal from the previous game.. at the end of the first half.. 5 ko's and 2 cas for me and 1 ko for him. 2nd half was all him.. all my blocks failed.. he threw 3 1d blocks on my +ST blodge ghoul.. all pows. another loss... another -1 FF.. another dicing... at least we got a convert back.. and no perms for the next game.

Game 17 - Nurgles, Started out with a Turn 1 foul to niggle the beast (regen failed) and went straight downhill for the Nurgle's. early in the 1st half we RIP'd the only claw beastman and welcomed another convert to the ranks:).. at the half we had inflicted 1 BH, 3 SI-N and 1 RIP.. 2 half started with my fans throwing a rock and causing the 2nd RIP for the Nurgle's .. 2 more BH and another SI followed and the Nurgles left the pitch with 5 guys fully intact for next game (team not retired).

Game 18 - Orc, Was worried with the Orcs thick armor the team would not get any converts... but alas... there was one BoB just dyin' to play with us:) Our luck dried up in the first half.. allowing a 1 d block on the ballcarrier on turn 7 with a dodge, GFI and POW on a blodge ghoul.. by a lineorc .. with dodge only.. fairly unlucky.. IMHO.. but predictable all the same.. Managed a draw on turn 8 of the 2nd half.

Game 19 - Necros (Smack Pro 1st Rd), game started out great.. 1st turn foul RIP on Flesh Golem with failed regen and 2 turns later a failed dodge by his +AG WW ended up in a SI-N. We scored fairly easily on turn 8 of first half. Necros came out and scored on turn 2 of the 2nd half allowing plenty of time to get the TD to win.. which we did:)

Game 20 - Khemri (Smack Pro 2nd Rd), again game started out great and at the end of the half we had KO'd all 4 Mummies and Ramtut along with 3 skeletons, sadly by the start of the 2nd half all but a skeleton had made it's way back leading to a brutal attack. Regulation time ended in a 1-1 tie.. OT we receive the ball and start backpeddling, we draw most of the mummies over and make a move to the flank (KO'ing 2 more mummies along the way).the 3 ghouls broke away and moved towards the goal only to be stopped by a blitzra and ramtut. game ended in a 1-1 tie... and we lost on a coin flip:(

Game 21 - Necromantic, Mildly a recovery game for both teams (Necros down 3 zombies and their WW, while we were missing a DP zombie and our +ST Ghoul... ahh yes and the frenzy mummy niggled out:(.. ) We got the ball first and started with a turn 1 foul on the frenzy FG (Niggle, regen failed) .. We continued on in this manner the entire first half.. scoring the other FG (MNG) and 5 zombies BH for the game. The only cas suffered was a failed 2d block RIP for our convert Twinkle Toes... GL with your new team and heres hoping we bring you back:) Won 2-0.. 60 K and should be replacing the Mummy Ruth before next game.

Game 22 - Nurgle, The reborn mummy Ruth got the game started early with his RIP on a Claw beastman, or whatever they are called now. Welcome Paul. The Greats enjoyed mostly favorable block dice all game. They were, however, a complete failure on fouls 0 - 5.. not even a stun.. with one banned for his transgressions. The dirty players will spend more time practicing for future games. We handled the Nurgle's easily, 2-0. Lost our sure hands ghoul for the next game.
