All the members of the green and crimson team are exiles of traditional orc clans due to excessive and compulsive bloodbowling. These orcs would often sneak away from more important duties such as torturing prisoners and razing towns to have a quick game of bloodbowl.

The formation of the team can be attributed to the battle of little hill, where a inter-tribal war between the orcs was disrupted by the sudden and spontaneous beginning of a bloodbowl game, with the heads of dead orcs being used for balls.

Thus, for this heresy to the war gods of their clans, these orcs where exiled and sent to the more civilised lands where their appetite for bloodbowl may never disrupt the warmaking of the clans again.

They got the troll after its wooden bridge got demolished for a new 4 wagon wide stone bridge.

They found Zug after he got dumped from a manor for being too interested in his work of corpse removal.
