ROUND 1: (6) Baltimore 2 vs. (5) NY Gangrene 1 A huge victory for the Necros!! ROUND 2: A thorough deafeat (2-0) against the eventual Super Bowl II winners, (2) Buffalo Billy Goats Gruff. Current record in Season 3: 7-2-5 Divisional Record: 4-2 Qualified for the Playoffs in Season 3, but lost in Round 1 to (4) Jacksonville 1-0. Season 4: A disappointment all-around. Injuries had some factor in the season, but overall, the team just seemed very lackluster. They almost felt entitled to just return to the playoffs. The onwership believed that the team was mismanaged in the off-season leading up to Season 4. They conveyed that message by the firing of their entire coaching staff, including Head Coach Brain Buttock. They will recruit/rebuild for season 5. |
