Fanciful Assault is the third in a line of teams owned by Ayn Stounsoup, co-owner of the "Wise Man's Fear," a popular pub in Runeterra. Stounsoup uses the team as security at his bar during the off-season. The first two teams, Murderfancy and Murderfancier, were both decimated in previous seasons; remaining team members fled the area, forming bandit groups that regularly plague spectators of the Blood Bowl.
