Harvest Moon Howlers
P [B] Shambling Undead

In a land of pastoral beauty, there is a village called Harvest Moon. The villagers are kind, hardworking folks, who want little more than to tend their fields and livestock. Though perhaps boring to some, the villagers are happy.

They wait patiently for their favorite day of the year: The Harvest Festival. To celebrate the harvest, the villagers sing songs, feast upon the fruits (and veggies) of their labors, and drink maybe a little too much Harvest Ale. The best part of the Harvest Festival, though, is the Blood Bowl.

The village necromancer (you remember how every village used to have a necromancer, right?) would raise up the corpses of all the villagers lost to farming accidents and illness over the past year. These festering former farmers became known as the Harvest Moon Howlers.
