LOOK!--> If your RANKED team plays my RANKED team I will make your team a LOGO, like the one beside. My way of saying THANKS. 2014 Uthan Invitational 'Bright Lantern' Qualifier Finalists 2015 Warpstone Open Qualifier VI Winners 2015 Warpstone Open Quarter-Finalists This nasty, well coached team ended our lucky run in the 2015 Warpsone Open quarter-finals. Bluwood was founded by a Bretonnian Knight 300 years ago. The bulk of its trees were long ago axed and turned into warships, or one of the city's many five story buildings. The old forest's resident birds have adapted well to city life over the centuries, and are fearless in their "rule" over the city's upper levels. This team's focus is to develop safely into a tournamnet power-house and be one of humanity's main hopes of winning a Major FUMBBL tournament. Big Ben Manny 'Pimpin'Style' Muneyoez Tony 'the Trollop' Joe Joe Gordon CHAPTER 1: The small city's team was initially blessed with a pair of gigantic blitzers who quickly learned how to best use their size and strength on the pitch. After winning 7 of their first 10 matches, the city sprung for a new stadium to house all of the fans flocking in to see 'the giants' in action. Big Ben couldn also be seen most Wednesday nights in the Drunken Skunk pub, where he regularly bested black orks and ogres in the weekly arm wrestling competition. CHAPTER 2: With the big men trained in the ways of Sure Hands, the squad entered the Warpstone Open with two +ST ball carriers. After some very successful prep games, the team aquired a dodging Guard, Strip-Ball on the big tackler, and spent a fortune taking the Blue Tits up to 15 players for a shot at some glory. The squad gots their dream opponent, just 11 AV7 Wood Elves, led by a war dancer who only managed AV6. But the wheels fell off quickly as the squad rolled an early set of SKULLS, KO'ing the MB tackler who was ment to lay waste to the opposition. More KO's and injuries followed, and the Blue Tits' coach's mediocre play could not deal with Nuffle's wrath. A heartbreaking entrance onto the tourney scene for the young team. For the next 4 Major tournaments STUPID bad luck strtck each time. All first round outages. The Blue Tits have beaten some good teams and coaches, just no luck in the Majors. ST5 Big Ben was killed somewhere along the way in a recovery match against elves. His body has been protected by a psudo-necromancer in the event the Murker decides to reserrect the hero one day by using a mysterious Kickstarter Resurection Scroll he is reported to have in his posession. Finally, in the 5th tournament, the Tits beat the Bucs to make it into the second round of a Major. The two brightest Super Stars on the team died in the process. the Bucs do hit hard, and took their toll. CHAPTER 3: The Blue Tits settled into a tournament routine, typically exiting 1st, 2nd, or 3rd round. They recently ran deep in the Warpstone Open tournament, winning their qualifier, then making the quarter final after thumping some elves. Using a scroll of resurection on Big Ben did not help the team go further. They were stopped in their tracks by a very nasty Nurgle team. But the are glad to have Big Ben back. He missed a perfect Larson by just 1 completion in his second game back! Older logos.. |
