" 'Oh hear my call' the lookout cried His eyes upon the vale 'I see sunlight upon armour Many riders on the trail' And still Lord Reyne of Castmere Harped on his elegy 'No stripling boy, untried by arms shall play lord over me' " Coming from across the sea, the Castamere Lions seem to have great animosity for each other for some reason, but still manage to set aside their differences to play a bit of Blood Bowl. Bankrolled by a mysterious unseen organization, the Lions claims to be composed of several high ranking human nobility of an unknown realm, but no such claims have been proven.
The Lions are a relatively young team, and as such nobody has reached the lofty levels of immortality. The Lions have not competed in any previous campaigns, electing to merely play competitive matches on the open circuit. However, they have recently submitted an application to the XFL, and hope to join one of their tournaments for the immediate future. The Lions have not managed to secury any trophies, cups, or knickknacks yet, but they hope to eventually at least enter a tourney! |
