Ages ago, 14 Dwarven Monks, and Masters of the Fourteen Dwarven Fighting Styles (FDFS) came together and created the first Dwarven Blood Bowl team to utilize the 14 paths of the FDFS. These masters destroyed all opposition before them and won many championships over the course of their 15 seasons together. And then one day, the masters simply parted ways.

Several thousand years later, when the ancient sport had been revived, the new FDFS Masters gathered to again pay homage to the God Nuffle (blessed be his name) on the Stone Arena of his shrine, known to many as the Blood Bowl Pitch. The new Masters embodies the 14 schools, known for their embracing of the 7 Heavenly virtues of Nuffle, and the 7 Deadly Sins of Nurgle. These Masters are marked for having given up their names of the Stone, and taking up instead the name of the school they represented.
