The origins of Pink 'n Scabby have seldom been recorded with due diligence. The story goes that the team was once the pride of Lustria, known as Pink and Glorious, and was made up by the most handsome and talented saurus and skinks. They held many titles in the Lustrian leagues, and had success on tours over the seas. Heading on one fateful tour, storms blew their ship off course, until at last they crashed upon the shores of the Northern Wastes. Dazed and confused, they wandered, until they came under the gaze of the Lord of Pestilence. Seeing opportunity to increase his following, he gave unto the lizards his blessings and showed them how to find civilisation again. At first they tried to continue as the Pink and Glorious, their own fans shunned them and opposition fans taunted them, calling them Pink and Scabby. Feeling consistently ashamed, and finding no success or welcome in the Major Leagues, they tried to register as a Nurgle team, to no success. Eventually they set sail for the Southern Wastes. Leaving their success behind them, they embraced their new reputation, and registered as the Pink 'n Scabby, a Nurgle Blessed Lizard team. Having got through the Trial of Blood with some measure of success, they look to create a new their story anew....
