Chieftain: Znalk Rapidmaw Head Coach: jdmickleburgh Race: Clan Moulder Stadium: "The Underdown Pitdark" Team Colours: Red, Brown, Green Template by Balle2000 The Story [Head Coach jdmickleburgh]: Znalk Rapidmaw, praise to him, was the golden son in the ranks of Clan Moulder. The clan chiefs had been grooming him since a young age for a leadership role. After an unfortunate accident, which saw him being struck by an uncontrolled blast of warpstone lightning, he began making proclamations about an upcoming "End Times" and "seeing the geometry of the world". In order to keep him quiet and out of the way, the grey seers gave him the task of coaching the Moulder Blood Bowl team. [Chieftain Rapidmaw]: Rapidmaw’s cubebox is a very unique two dimensional geometric shape of my own devisingthinkup. Lookingsee at it might be a little bit confusingdumb at firstlook, but it does follow a specific layoutpatternplan. Rapidmaw’s cubebox is comprised of 13 equallysamesized circleturns, each of which have a line that comes from the centremiddle and extends out to the centremiddles of the other 12 circleturns. There are actually six circleturns on the interior part placed in the pattern of a hexagonsixshape – all around a single circleturn placed in the centre. There are also six more circleturns extending out along those same radial lines. Since there are 13 circleturns in Rapidmaw’s cubebox, each of which have nodes or lines connecting to the other 12 circleturns, the symbol contains a total of 78 lines inside it. That is not all you will notice about the symbol though; there are many different patterns inside it created by the lines of Rapidmaw’s cubebox. Specifically, the internal lines create orthographic projections of the first 3 platonic solids on this world. One of the platonic solids that can be seen when the interior lines are examined carefully is the double tetrahedron also known as the stellated octahedron. One can also make out a distinct octahedron, as well as a cubebox inside another cubebox, which is known as a 3D image of a tesseract. And inside all of this, at the centre of everything, the rat. Going back to the 78 lines, there are lots of shapes that can be found, including many different, flattened two dimensional shapes, mainly of the 5 platonic solids. Rapidmaw’s cubebox shares a peculiar resonance with something that is called the Flower of Life. In some ancient cultures, this flower of life, as well as Rapidmaw’s cubebox, were very sacred geometric symbols. Of course, the cubebox refers to the great rat Rapidmaw, a figure mentioned in extremely old religious and spiritual texts, which you haven’t read, ones such as the Second Book of Ruin and the Book of the Blight. According to both of these texts, Rapidmaw is ranked second only to The Great Horned Rat, a being considered to be the true god itself. In terms of spiritual beings, Rapidmaw was considered The Great Horned Rat’s right hand man. I am a direct descendentsonthing of the angel Rapidmaw, what more proof could you need than he chose to take my name. Some skolars have debated about the original purpose and the meaning of this cubebox, but there are smany theories. One of these theories is that Rapidmaw’s cubebox is a way for The Great Horned Rat to pass on knowledge to Skaven. In order for The Great Horned Rat to pass on knowledge to skaven, it would be necessary for skaven to study Rapidmaw’s cubebox. It is a channel of knowledge, in a sense. Rapidmaw’s cubebox is also a holy glyph. In the olden days it was used as a drawing to ward off daemons, unholy spirits, and other unwanted guests. Rapidmaw’s cubebox and the Number 13 Thirteen is definitely a special number if we are talking about Rapidmaw’s cubebox. There is a reason why there are a total of 13 circleturns present in this cubebox. This is because they are representative of more important things other than themselves, and in fact, they can represent more than one thing. It is knowntheorized that the 13 circleturns actually represent the council of 13, and show how the Rapidmaw family has been an integral part of the council since the beginning. The Abominations have tried to apply this number to their game, always trying to field 13 players. Players
