"We are family", they say... And if you are not, pain is coming! The Sledge Sisters are a former group of Cheerleaders/halftime singers not particularly known for their vocal prowess, but at the same time very popular with crowds due to the aggressive nature of their "performances" (always including a couple of bloody offerings to Khaine). This was until one day: during a particularly frenzied half time show for a match between a couple of Halfling teams, players were unaware of the particular character of the Sisters and decided to stay on the pitch and watch the performance. Turns out that things got a little bit out of hand and when the half-time show was over, the Sistes had ended up slaying both teams and the referee, for good measure. This attacted the attention of an obscure aspiring BB coach (Pedro Gomes) who was in the stands and immediately identified a tremendous BBowl potential within the Sisters. It was a matter of minutes until he could convince the Sisters that they could potentiate their "abilities" inside a BB pitch (while at the same time kickstarting a coaching carreer for Pedro), in a adequately nasty and bloody way. Which of course is always popular with fans! |
