The Dudes of Wrath were once the pride and joy of their home city of Nithill. Their beautiful stadium Tisiphone's Dome was the envy of Dark Elven teams everywhere. With its clawlike spars jutting high into the gloom of its gargantuan cavern, to the grimly beautiful fountains of blood shooting forth from the stone chests of elven statues, to their cheerleaders - The Furies, who never actually cheered at all, simply held crossbows covering enslaved Wood Elf females.

Sadly, their last manager, Drim Helven, drunkenly boasted to an assembly of his peers that his team could weather any possible storm. Later that night, he accepted a challenge match from Greybolt Towers, a Storm Giant team of some renown.

Not only did the team not survive, but during the after match party, the Towers' players brought the whole stadium crashing down in a heap of obsidian and smashed Dark Elves.

Since that time the Dudes were bought out by a consortium including the Weapon Shoppe and Little Ron's Iced Buns.

The team has just begun to recover from nearly five decades of misery and mockery. Although the players are new, the anger over their years of being at the bottom have led them to hate Dark Elven teams more than any other. They take special satisfaction in sending their fallen enemies to Tisiphone, their peculiar feminine version of Khaine.
