Wayne Guy Falgonson sauntered smugly onto the pitch he had just bought from the penniless Flying Irish elf clan for less than half his monthly allowance. There were some weeds in the grass and the stands needed to be painted but the filthy shoe-less human he hired could take care of such things easy enough. "SKEEEEETTEEER GET OVER HERE" the spoiled elf coach bellowed. "yyyyes sir" replied the poor urchin as he dashed toward his new employer. "You say you used to play blood bowl?" Skeeter nodded in reply. "Well then you aught to know what a blood bowl pitch aught to look like. pull the weeds fertilize the turf then cut and water the grass. after that you can get to painting. this kind of place may be fine for your kind but it isn't fit for a proper high elf team and I wont have my players on it. what are you doing still standing here? GET TO WORK!" Falgonson watched Skeeter scamper off no doubt happy for the little he was paid to do all the work around here. A wide grin began to spread across his face. Soon it would be blood bowl season and he could already see the crowd in the stands and feel their coins in his pockets. |
