Alfredo Ramirez Rosas is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a woman in Tomball, Texas. Reportedly, on August 10, 1993, Rosas forcibly entered the home of an 82-year-old woman. Allegedly, he raped her, then beat and strangled her to death.

On August 20, 1993, a state arrest warrant was issued by the Harris County 339th District Court, Houston, Texas, charging Alfredo Ramirez Rosas with capital murder. Rosas was subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant, which was issued by the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, Houston, Texas, on August 31, 1993.

Remarks:
Gorgonio is an illegal immigrant from Mexico, who has ties to Cape Charles, Virginia, and Mexico. Gorgonio is most comfortable around Mexicans, especially in the fishing industry. He may be found working as an able-bodied seaman on a commercial fishing boat or living in a community, which caters to the fishing industry. Additionally, Gorgonio is known to use narcotics and alcohol. He usually carries a knife and may resist arrest by law enforcement.

Isidro Gorgonio Castillo is being sought for his alleged involvement in the murder of his 26-year-old ex-girlfriend in Virginia. On September 30, 1998, the female victim was allegedly stabbed to death by Gorgonio, her former live-in boyfriend. The crime occurred at the victim's residence in Cape Charles, Virginia. Reportedly, Gorgonio often fought with the victim until September of 1998, when she forced Gorgonio to leave her home.

On September 30, 1998, a state arrest warrant was issued by the General District Court, Northampton County, Virginia, charging Isidro Gorgonio Castillo with murder. Subsequently, on October 14, 1998, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Northampton County, Eastern District of Virginia, charging Gorgonio with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

It has been reported that Keshishian has been traveling between Brooklyn and Manhattan in New York City, as well as to Ohio, New Jersey and California since the early part of May of 2000. He has ties to Armenia.

On April 29, 2000, it is alleged that while driving a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV), Shahen Eghia Keshishian struck and killed a 44-year-old man in Studio City, California. After an alleged act of "road rage" between the victim and Keshishian, the victim exited his car. Keshishian then allegedly backed up the SUV, suddenly accelerated forward, and struck the victim causing serious internal injuries. The victim died a short time later. Although the SUV was subsequently recovered, Keshishian remains at large.

On June 23, 2000, a state arrest warrant was issued by the County of Los Angeles, California, charging Keshishian with murder, vehicular manslaughter, and leaving the scene of an accident. On November 2, 2000, Keshishian was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Lasher has ties to Florida, Arizona, California, and Mexico. He has traveled to San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico in the past. Lasher has had basic training in the United States Military. He reportedly is interested in survival training and bomb making (explosives and explosive devices), and researches these topics on the Internet.

Gary Edward Lasher is wanted for his alleged involvement in a kidnapping in Oxnard, California. On February 21, 2004, Lasher, who was having marital problems, went to his mother-in-law's residence while he reportedly was despondent over the separation from his wife and child. It is alleged that while Lasher was at his mother-in-law's residence, he became physically violent towards her and choked her into unconsciousness. He later allegedly placed her in the trunk of his car and fled the area. Lasher's mother-in-law eventually managed to escape by rolling out of the trunk onto the highway. She sustained numerous injuries, but was treated and released from a local hospital. Lasher eluded capture and remains at large.

Lasher was charged with kidnapping, kidnapping for ransom, and false imprisonment with violence, in a state arrest warrant which was issued on February 21, 2004, by the Ventura County, California Superior Court. On February 23, 2004, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California, charging Lasher with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Remarks:
Black is believed to be a Los Angeles gang member of the CRIPS and has ties to the Ohio area. Black was last seen wearing a white tanktop t-shirt and baggy blue jeans. Regarding facial hair, Black may be wearing a beard and mustache.

James Andre Black and Leonard O. Drister, along with a third accomplice currently in custody, are wanted for a series of crimes which took place in Cincinnati, Ohio. On April 12, 2004, at approximately 10:26 a.m., James Black, Leonard Drister, and their accomplice, allegedly entered a bank with weapons drawn, while wearing gloves and facial disguises. Once inside the bank, the robbers allegedly put guns to the heads of the bank employees and customers. The robbers then went behind the teller stations and allegedly emptied the drawers of money. The robbers then fled the bank and drove away in a vehicle. During their escape, the suspects exchanged gunfire with the local police.

On April 21, 2004, James Andre Black, Leonard Drister, and the third accomplice were indicted by a federal grand jury in Cincinnati, Ohio, for the following charges: conspiracy; bank robbery; and felonious assault. Black and Drister remain at large.

Daniel Andreas San Diego is wanted for his alleged involvement in the bombings of two corporate offices in California. On August 28, 2003, the Chiron Corporation, located in Emeryville, was bombed twice. Then, on September 26, 2003, the Shaklee Corporation, located in Pleasanton, was bombed once. A federal arrest warrant was issued in the Northern District of California on October 5, 2003, charging San Diego with maliciously damaging and destroying, and attempting to destroy and damage, by means of explosives, buildings and other property.

Chaunson McKibbins is wanted for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a man in Atlanta, Georgia. On November 18, 2001, McKibbins, and other accomplices who have since been arrested, was seen allegedly forcing the male victim into the rear of a black vehicle against his will. A local arrest warrant was issued for the suspect on January 29, 2002, in Atlanta, Georgia. A federal arrest warrant for the suspect was then obtained on January 31, 2002, charging him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

On February 27, 2002, Atlanta Police discovered the dismembered body parts of the male victim placed in plastic bags in a shallow grave. His head was found in another location. McKibbins was then indicted for murder by a Fulton County Grand Jury on February 28, 2002.

Robert William Fisher is wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale Arizona in April of 2001.

Glen Stewart Godwin is being sought for his 1987 escape from folsom state prison in California, where he was serving a lengthy sentence for murder. Later in 1987, Godwin was arrested for drug trafficking in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. After being convicted, he was sent to a prison in Guadalajara. In April of 1991, Godwin allegedly murdered a fellow inmate and thenescape five months later.

Diego Leon Montoya Sanchez is being sought in connection with the manufacture and distribution of multible tons of cocaine, knowing or intending that it will be imported into the US. Montoya is reputedy one of the principal leaders of the colombian North valley drug cartel. The North valley cartel is believed to be the most powerful and violent drug trafficking organization in Colombia. The cartel reportedly relies heavily for protection on illegal armed groups, taking help from right-wing paramilitaries as well as leftist rebels.

The United States Department of State Narcotics Rewards Program is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading directly to the arrest or conviction of Diego Leon Montoya Sanchez.

Remarks:

Martinez is balding and usually wears baseball caps. He has permanent resident status in the United States. Martinez has ties to Ecuador, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. He may be traveling throughout South America.

Francisco Martinez is wanted for allegedly shooting to death his employer in Passaic, New Jersey, on September 14, 2001. The victim was shot execution-style in the basement of the building in which they both worked. The two men had allegedly been arguing that day after the victim confronted Martinez about his possible involvement in both a fire which was set at the business in August of 2001, as well as the ongoing theft of textile materials from the business. Local arrest warrants charging Martinez with murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a weapon were issued in the Passaic County Superior Court on September 21, 2001. A federal arrest warrant charging Martinez with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was then issued on July 25, 2002, in Newark, New Jersey.
