Isidro Gorgonio Castillo is being sought for his alleged involvement in the murder of his 26-year-old ex-girlfriend in Virginia. On September 30, 1998, the female victim was allegedly stabbed to death by Gorgonio, her former live-in boyfriend. The crime occurred at the victim's residence in Cape Charles, Virginia. Reportedly, Gorgonio often fought with the victim until September of 1998, when she forced Gorgonio to leave her home.

On September 30, 1998, a state arrest warrant was issued by the General District Court, Northampton County, Virginia, charging Isidro Gorgonio Castillo with murder. Subsequently, on October 14, 1998, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Northampton County, Eastern District of Virginia, charging Gorgonio with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

It has been reported that Keshishian has been traveling between Brooklyn and Manhattan in New York City, as well as to Ohio, New Jersey and California since the early part of May of 2000. He has ties to Armenia.

On April 29, 2000, it is alleged that while driving a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV), Shahen Eghia Keshishian struck and killed a 44-year-old man in Studio City, California. After an alleged act of "road rage" between the victim and Keshishian, the victim exited his car. Keshishian then allegedly backed up the SUV, suddenly accelerated forward, and struck the victim causing serious internal injuries. The victim died a short time later. Although the SUV was subsequently recovered, Keshishian remains at large.

On June 23, 2000, a state arrest warrant was issued by the County of Los Angeles, California, charging Keshishian with murder, vehicular manslaughter, and leaving the scene of an accident. On November 2, 2000, Keshishian was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Gary Edward Lasher is wanted for his alleged involvement in a kidnapping in Oxnard, California. On February 21, 2004, Lasher, who was having marital problems, went to his mother-in-law's residence while he reportedly was despondent over the separation from his wife and child. It is alleged that while Lasher was at his mother-in-law's residence, he became physically violent towards her and choked her into unconsciousness. He later allegedly placed her in the trunk of his car and fled the area. Lasher's mother-in-law eventually managed to escape by rolling out of the trunk onto the highway. She sustained numerous injuries, but was treated and released from a local hospital. Lasher eluded capture and remains at large.

Lasher was charged with kidnapping, kidnapping for ransom, and false imprisonment with violence, in a state arrest warrant which was issued on February 21, 2004, by the Ventura County, California Superior Court. On February 23, 2004, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California, charging Lasher with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

The robbers then fled the bank and drove away in a vehicle. During their escape, the suspects exchanged gunfire with the local police.

On November 18, 2001, McKibbins, and other accomplices who have since been arrested, was seen allegedly forcing the male victim into the rear of a black vehicle against his will. A local arrest warrant was issued for the suspect on January 29, 2002, in Atlanta, Georgia. A federal arrest warrant for the suspect was then obtained on January 31, 2002, charging him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

On February 27, 2002, Atlanta Police discovered the dismembered body parts of the male victim placed in plastic bags in a shallow grave. His head was found in another location. McKibbins was then indicted for murder by a Fulton County Grand Jury on February 28, 2002.
