Thumpa is a simple ogre. He gets paid a lot to play on this team. He likes punching people. And his friend Douggie is always on the line of scrimmage with him. It's always fun to play squash the punies with Douggie.
Well. At least when Douggie isn't staring into the sunset again.

If his Ogre friend, Thumpa, is simple, Douggie is even more so. He likes to hit people on the face, he gets paid in food and money, and he doesn't even have to think. He gets to just stare at people, and his coach is happy.
Barely any work for food? Sounds good to him.

Epoxy is a very interesting case. She was created as an experiment of Clan Moulder. Their plan was to create a perfect blood bowl player for a coach who had asked for a Rat Ogre. To put the brain of a stormvermin into the body of this beast to create the perfect savage monster they so wanted.
Of course, due to incompetency or sabotage (Or both), what Sweet Chin Music got was a Rat Ogre who had the wrong brain. Instead of a Stormvermin, they had put in the mind of a High Elven noble they had captured. They had planned to send her back, but when Stitch, or "Erindale", as her Elven name was, begged to be allowed to stay, and given a chance to prove herself in a desperate plea to at least retain some freedom from the Skaven, the team agreed.
Erindale has proven herself a solid player on the team, and a mighty force of strength that smashes almost anything in her way. Unfortunately, due to her newfound feral instincts as a Rat Ogre, that can sometimes include her team. But. That's what Doomlord's for, anyways. She's even grown to enjoy her new role, and somewhat enjoy her new life as the resident beatstick.
The designated ball carrier of Sweet Chin Music, and the unfortunate recipient of a name from a drunken father (Whether from the last two hours in his 'study' or from the copious wine, is unknown to this day), Eduardo has... Grown up with a resentment for his father. Of course, this is probably rather common, considering that these particular brand of knife-ears want to make themselves the center of attention in nearly everything.
The grew up somewhat ignored by his father, which gave him plenty of room to do frankly whatever he wanted. This snobby, up-his-own-ass behavior has carried him even to the blood bowl pitch. While, frankly, semi-talented, his team thinks of him as a major, but necessary, annoyance and required to keep so they can actually score, for once, instead of trying to break a nose. Or two. Or two dozen.
It's gotten to Eduardo's head, and he constantly touts himself as the team's "Star Player." To the rest of the team, he's classified as "That annoying knife-ear that won't just shut up."
Charlee calls himself "Doomlord" and "Lord of monsters". He waxes poetic about how he joined the Blood Bowl field as a way to prove his worth and glory to the world, and let them see the truly powerful man he really is, and how 'surely the chaos gods must see me now'
The rest of the team calls him "Erindale's chew toy." They're not sure if it's his own personal cockiness, the delusional hallucinations, or the missing brain matter from when Epoxy bit him during a practice game.
Krumpa found his team of Chaos Renegades through an interesting sort of trial. He was always small, for an orc. Shorter and not as bulky as his comrades, he was usually found near the bottom of the Orc food chain. When he tried to sign up for an Orc Blood Bowl team, he was laughed off the pitch. But, lucky for him, he caught the eye of a different team entirely who was looking for the just the thing like Krumpa, and he proved that, while smaller then most orcs, he's just as sturdy, and just as willing to play as they are. He was happily accepted into the Renegades, and has served as one of the team's frontline for a long time, always excited to face down whatever team is in front of him next on the line of scrimmage.
Kinsley is Zzharg's identical sister. She hits just as hard, takes hits just as well, and can get just as rowdy with her drinks as Zzharg. The difference is that she's sober on the playing field. For her, the sport is life. She throws herself wholly into the match, blessing the name of the gods as she does so. She always sings their praises with every catch of the ball. With every delighted punch. All hail the great gods!
Course, when people ask her which one, she's... Always rather vague.
Axel is a simple man. He loves his chaos gods, he's here to play blood bowl, and he's here to hopefully get violent. Since the sport is blood bowl, it almost always is.
Messiah, Or "Messi" as his team calls him, is... A weird one. He always seems to be the first up to take a punch, or a tackle, or a bite or a claw or frankly anything violent. Some of his team have sworn up and down that he is heard groaning in a rather strange way when he gets knocked down.
Dominic, called "Dom" by his team, is a strange fellow. He doesn't talk at all, but. Most assume that's just because he's shy or aloof. But, he's a good player. He isn't the best, and he knows that, but he tries to do what he can for his team. And frankly, what else can you ask for?
Zzharg's a simple woman. Constantly drunk, and constantly smiling even when getting smacked in the face, Zzharg is always down to take a punch and deliver punches and get into brutal smackdowns with players on the field. It's frankly her favorite pastime, next to getting drunk and flailing her arms in the general vicinity of whatever she's trying to punch. Or kick. Or tackle. Folks aren't really sure which body part is gonna connect first, or if she's just gonna fall over onto the pitch.
