Some say that he should be wearing more armour when he goes on the field, Helmut says that he would prefer to wear less armour on the pitch to give him a better chance at chasing down those pesky catchers. Who needs armour to beat up a wood elf anyway?

Jonas Kessler
Nicknamed 'The Juggernaut', Jonas is actually a fairly timid fellow. The only player from the original team NOT to get any SPPs in the first 10 games, the 'Juggernaut' tends to spend most of his time with his head in his beer jug (hence the nickname). When he's out on the field, he spends most of his time staying well away from the ball -- 'cause he knows that going near the ball usually means geting hurt!

2005-05-07
Alas, the juggernaut earned his first MVP award (we don't know why) in his 14th game .. ending his SPP free streak of 13 games.

Patrick is currently the top scorer for the Hunters. He's decided that he wants to have a bit of a go at this defence thing, and may not be getting quite so many TDs in the near future.
With an open knocout tournament coming up, Johan has been put the task of learning how to play dirty. We're pretty sure that some of the other teams will be trying very underhanded tactics to try to attempt a win, so it is only fair that we have someone to return the favour when they do!

Matthias earned the MVP award in his first game, for doing ...... NOTHING! The truth is that the judges got the two Hahndorf throwers mixed up, and wrote the wrong name on the award.

Gunther Steinhauer
Gunther is not the sort of guy who shows off, but he's fairly dependable, which is what you need in a thrower. His teammates have nicknamed him the 'Bomber', after he started throwing the occasional 'surprise' during practice - usually filled with cream, and rigged to explode in mid air. So far he hasn't injured anyone with his pranks, but we think it is only a matter of time.

Well, after a dismal performance in his first match, the Hunters are wondering if hiring an ogre was not the best use of their funds. He did nothing to prevent the death of 'The Flash', and little of anything else. In fact, he spent most of the game either lying on the ground, or standing around picking his nose.

It took a few games before he could change their minds, and it was not until this game that the rest of the team realised his potential at the game. He showed them that he was built just right for scoring touchdowns (as long as he could remember which way to run with the ball).

Did you know... Scoring touchdowns makes you stronger!

Uglukk's motto is "Bigger Better Stronger!"
