Sadhika, means achiever in India. This woman has decided to leave the poig or rural areas, and get work in some big city, propably Delhi. She has no education at all, so she'll propably end up as a stripper or worse...
Bhagwanti, in english, lucky. The team hopes that she can live up to her name and not kill herself while dodging away from an angry man who's trying to molest her. And she will definately need all the luck she can get, catching those long passes with that -ag...

Her name means unmarried, it's not that she wouldn't want to get married, but she's so horribly ugly that her parents can't afford to pay enough for some guy to marry her. At the moment she seems to be doing very well in the team, just to prove something to the other men I guess. Too bad Amazons can't get physical traits, she would need foul appearence.

Ojaswini started her career well, but then again, she's the oldest member of the team, the village elder, you could say. And she aged on her first skill.
Gunjana was born into the family of a poor bee farmer, so she was named "The Buzzing Of The Bee". By the time she was 3 years old, she was alredy totally immune to bee stings, and spent most of her time stealing honey from the bee hives. At that point her parents decided to abandon her, and left her on the stairs of the local christian monastery. Well, anyway, the head coach of the team thought she might sting as a bee as well. But after 4 games, I must admit she is quite a dissapointment.
Quasar, means meteor in Indian, and that's just what the opposing teams catchers think hit them, when they were running for the end zone.
Ofcourse they must run a bit slower these days, since Quasar isn't as fast as she used to be in her prime.
Latika, as her name says (small creeper) was born prematurely (8 weeks before she was supposed to). And due to the fact that her lungs hadn't developed well enough to let her breathe, she suffered some major brain damage. Which was good for her blood bowl career. She doesn't understand that the opponents are twice her size, so she relly thinks she can guard the others. Go figure, the power of the will is a strange thing, because it seems to work.
The one who has risen (from the dead?), or up the ranks of the team, we shall see if the first apo used on her, will either work or fail.
Isha, "the one who protects" is still waiting for her first double roll, so she can get guard. And protect the weaker players in the team.

Ray of light, which is her name, must be about her passing game. Her passes are as easy to block as a ray of light, just put a hand in there and that's it.
