The undisputed stalwart of the team, Witherleaf Leadbranch has shown up for every single game of the Spoons. Early on, it became apparent that he was remarkably strong even for a Treeman, and so his prime role in the team has been that of smashing and dismembering all that oppose him - and sometimes his own teammates as well, during some very unfortunate attempts at helping them down the pitch.

After the otherwise unremarkable 50th game of the Spoons, Mossbark Gnarlroot began to show first signs of ill health; while he had managed to increase his speed (undoubtedly from his repeated exercise of quickly standing up), his branches are showing the first signs of wear and the sap of life no longer reaches all parts of his towering stature.

Indeed, he seems to be slowly bound for the fate of all Treemen - not to be struck down and killed, but rather to wither away into a dead, grey mass of bark and wood that once was alive.

The Splintered Spoons' undisputed team captain, Hanno has been a member of the team since its beginning and has missed only two games so far, one of them due to his niggling injury.

As he finally made it to 50 games, he is now entitled to a complimentary 6th breakfast on each match day. Whether that will tempt him to just call in sick for the match and keep on eating remains to be seen.
