William "The Refrigerator" Perry, or "Fridge", played defensive tackle for the Chicago Bears, winning the Super Bowl with them his rookie year. He would on occasion play in the offensive backfield in short yardage situations. After nine seasons he finally ate his way out of the lineup and into retirement.
Jim Brown played for the Cleveland Browns from 1957 to 1965, stunning the sports world in 1966 by announcing his retirement. He is considered by many to be the greatest running back of all time and has been in numerous movies.

Reggie was a twelve time pro bowler who was the all-time sack leader when he retired (since eclipsed by Bruce Smith). When he became a free agent in 1993 he shocked the sports world by choosing to go to Green Bay, revitalizing that franchise. He had said that winning a Super Bowl in that city would be the ultimate accomplishment, and that is what he did.
