Charles H. Spurgeon is one of the original Missionaries...however, in an unfortunate game a while back he niggled due to his ageing leaving him with less armor than he is accustomed. So Dwight L. Moody and himself sought out candidates to refuel the undead magics that bind their wrappings so tight. An unfortunate Dark Elf named Ismael was sacrificed rather than zombified to facilitate this process...unfortunately there was a cost. Charles H. Spurgeon lost some of his experience in the process and has to relearn some of his skills. Ismael's mother must have been a with elf because of late Charles H. Spurgeon has been exhibiting some fanaticism in his beliefs and acquired frenzy.
One of the original Zombie Missionaries that made it past the noteworthy 20 game mark. There were only two brave souls.
Formerly known as Donkey Boy, D.B. Quixote bypassed the normal processes and was upgraded to a ghoul as James O. Bakker took on a niggling injury during this game and we needed another ghoul. Charles Spurgeon, team captain, invited D.B. to the team...spread the good word if you will.
Yet another brought into the fold by the the rejuvenated Charles H. Spurgeon. This unlucky sap died and was reborn into the waking life after an apothecary was used to save his girlfriend, a witch elf, earlier in the game.

Michael J. Feargal (formerly Mike Feargal) was converted to the team by T.S. Eliot. He was immediately given a strong potion to transform him into a wight, as Henry W. Beecher had turned to mush the previous game. Michael is our first "human" addition to the team.

B.M. Athrochon was formerly a dark elf before hearing about the gospel of light and joining the Missionaries of Mayhem in their sacred and most noble cause. Jonathan C. Edwards, a humble zombie, showed him the light. Immediately though, the team apothecary thought he could best be used as a ghoul...since his dark elven nature did not fully dissapate and a shadow remained over his soul.
John Mott invited this young rat to our team after he was personally causing us all kinds of grief with his big claw / tackle combo. John gave him a swift kick of truth along the sideline...not quite a push...but Mott's steel toe did the trick letting this rat's brains flow freely. It was tough to maintain crowd control. The Missionaries lost this game 5-2 but went home well fed and happy.
