Orc leader in the Misty Mountains. The Great Goblin is a very large Orc with a huge head. He was the chief of a group of Orcs who lived in Goblin-town near the High Pass. They preyed on travelers who used another, easier pass near the main gate of Goblin-town until people started avoiding that route over the mountains.

Uruk-hai commander of Isengard. Ugluk is a large, black Orc of the Uruk-hai strain, who is taller and stronger than other Orcs and is not troubled by sunlight.

Orc leader of Moria during the War of the Dwarves and the Orcs. Azog is large, strong and agile. He calles himself king and appears to have commanded the Orcs not only in Moria but in all of the Misty Mountains.
