Thrakka's debut with Wozza's Whirlwinds came with its fair share of success. Thrakka battered a good few skaven (although he failed to pick up the odd stray ball) and earned himself the first few SPPs for his team.

In his third game, Thrakka pulled out all the stops to dish out a beating to the players of Radiant Arrogance, almost forcing the team into retirement, certainly dashing their hopes of threatening the title which is so easily within the Vermin Casualties' grips.

The first incident came when Thrakka threw a bulky, highly telegraphed, Haymaker into the face of Ranulph Hubris. The High Elf went down convincingly and was taken off the field for further examination.

The second came when the big Black Orc Blocker charged, head long into Winston Smugbotttom. The crack of the Lineman's spine was audible and met with great cheers by bloodthirsty fans.

Unfortunately, thus far Thrakka has still failed to inspire the same sort of dedication to his craft in his fellow Black Orcs.

Short sighted commentator 'Squinty' McFee gave Nivuk the MVP award in his first match against Vermin Casualties despite Nivuk's almost total lack of participation in the game.

Not one to admit it, Wozza intends to follow the commentator's advice lest he appear thick. Nivuk is set to play in the starting 11 when the Whirlwinds make their next outing.

Lobba managed to complete just one pass during his debut against the Vermin Casualties. Although this was 1 more than his counterpart, Nivuk, managed, he came out below the other Orc in SPPs.

Gorthal is a relatively new addition to the Whirlwinds but <i>what</i> an addition.

In <i>two games</I> he'd scored two touchdowns and received two MVPs to become the 2nd most valuable player on the team and only the 2nd to reach 2 skills.

Not to be outdone by his counterpart, Krolgar also put a permanent end to a Thrall's Blood Bowl (and indeed 'breathing') career.

Wa stepped up to charge Krolgar, but the greenskin stood firm and put an oversized boot right through the Thrall's waist, resulting in an instantaneous death.

Wozza is pleased with both of his homicidal linemen but hopes their game of murderous one-upmanship will continue to bring fresh casualties to the attention of the Whirlwind's steadily swelling fanbase.

Pordok played an unremarkable game but accumulated the MVP award against A.A.

However, he managed an interception AND a casualty against the Vermin Casualties which rocketed him into his first skill and well on the way to his second.

Brolgox achieved notoriety after savagely decapitating the unfortunate Thrall, 'Wu' in the Whirlwind's opening League game against Cheesecake.

Wozza hopes he will continue in this vein of senseless brutality for a long while to come.

Squabble was press-ganged into service for Wozza's Whirlwinds over the summer training period and made a sparkling debut against the Vermin Casualties; rushing 30 yards (twice as far as his nearest competitor) and scoring the Whirlwinds' only touchdown of the game.

Wozza admits he has high hopes for the little goblin and may even feed him in the coming weeks, should his good form continue.

Squabble's 2 Touchdowns in the Whirlwind's game against Cheesecake, caught him the attention of the match officials who wasted no time in giving the little blighter MVP during the Whirlwind's victory in their first league game.

He spent the last 3 turns acting as a defender for a Blitzer attempting to run a touchdown home. The interesting role reversal has yet to whet his appetite for a career in roughing players up.

Squabble continued his non-stop touchdown scoring with a solitary score against a Lizardman side determined to put him out of action. The constant marking kept the game to a 1-1 scoreline.

He made one foul in the dying minutes of the game but was not sufficiently schooled in Reptilian anatomy to plant a firm kick in the joy department (presumably the Cloaca) and ended up merely stunning his opponent.

Although Squabble has so far scored all of the Whirlwind's touchdowns, he still trails Repkar for the Golden Boot award of the Offord Invitation - his opponent does after all have 2 MA and Block over him.

Still 6/6 for Games Player / Games Scored. However the knives are really out for Squabble so he's having to be benched after his first TD before the hit squads catch him.

Grozlob picked up a casualty in the game against Radiant Arrogance.
