Grash'n'grak is a study in contradictions. Sometimes he'll play like someone spiked his water with PCP, other times he'll sit on the field and snooze for an entire half.
At least when he is awake and paying attention he's tough to bring down on the field, a consumate pro in the trenches... when he's awake and paying attention.

It took ages, but the coaches finally managed to get a bit of blocking technique through his thick skull. Mostly, as before, they just let him go and let him go berserk on the field to the enjoyment of his considerable fan following.
The first actual replacement player for the Things when the coach decided that the team apothecary was too potentially valuable to waste on a goblin who hadn't done much of anything. Time will tell if this one is any better.

The single oldest member of the team, and plays like an old vet. Despite being a bit fragile due to early aging, he figures its only right to play until he dies or can't move anymore, and his experience has brought nothing but good to his team.
Contrary &$*%^#$ rat.
It took ages to get him to learn how to throw or take a block, insisting on taking his own road, building up speed, strength and coordination. It made him a phenomenal talent on the field, but brought some close calls over time too.
Finally apparently lacking anything better to do he's toughened up a little, only time will tell if he'll continue to follow the plan, or go his own way.
But as far and away the team's best ball handler there's only so much one can do.

Son of the deadly but aged former stunty star, G'reth is trying to make his own name with his sights set on slightly larger game.
Severgrin came to the team a little late, but has already made a name for himself. Fan clubs, promotional posters, etc., etc.
Thing is, no one quite knows how. So far in his time with the team he's caused a grand total of one injury and shown only passable proficiency at actually playing the game. But apparently he doesn't need to do anything spectacular, because he keeps winning MVP regardless.
