The Chef's designated kicker, Mago has put in long hours honing the art of kicking, and Coach Mighti has been very pleased with him. He had the following to say...

"Mago has been great for us, he has really put in a lot of work to be our kicker. But not only that, I think Mago will develop in alot of other areas as well, he shows tremendous natural ability. Its too early to say, but I think Mago will continue to be an important player for us."

Mago Barnbuilder comes from the sleepy town of Hobas, and comes from a long line of carpenters. He was the youth player of the year for the Junior Halfling Bloodbowl team in his first and second year of school, and was one of the first players recruited to form the core of the Amazing Chefs for the professional leagues.

Treeman blocker Steelroot is widely regarded as the Chef's best player among their fans. Steelroot has inflicted the most punishment of all the Chefs, and Coach Mighti Potluck predicts a bright future for the emerging star. In an interview with the Halfling's Luncheon Journal he had this to say...

"Steelroot has been quite a find. Usually any treeman makes a good Bloodbowl player, they're strong and tough and almost impossible to injure. But Steel has been especially good for us, he always plays aggressive and seems to have a real knack for the game, but more than anything i'm impressed by how hard Steel works. He really practices hard, those Treeman are known for being a bit lazy in that regard. Steel's our go-to guy when it comes to the Halfling Bomb play, which we rely on to score touchdowns. I think its fair to say he'll be a centerpiece of the franchise for the foreseeable future."
