Drong the Bloody. Once retainer and bodyguard to one of the dwarven nobles that accompanied Kagnir Anvilpeak on his quest to slay the dragon Arraxos.
His liege fell in battle, and while Drong lived on, part of him did not.

He was too ashamed to enter the Dun-Thanak Tournaments to find the team to set out... instead he waited a few days before shaving his head, dying his beard and taking the slayer vow. Then he set out to catch up with the team.

When he caught up, he was welcomed by his comrades whom were all saddened but understanding of his wish to take the vow.
He spoke to Kagnir and presented his wish: to die, not in battle, but on the pitch. He would accompany the team and throw himself at the biggest, most dangerous creatures that participate in the game. Hoping for a redeeming, honourable death representing Dun-Thanak in the outside world. Kagnir accepted him as part of the team without second thought.

As of yet he has not found his death on the field. But it is only a matter of time before his wish will be fulfilled...
