Brewed with a blend of premium pale malted barley and malted wheats with an equal amount of pure light amber honey, Beez Neez is a uniquely Australian made specialty beer. The light malt palate with its dominant honey aroma and flavour create a pale light golden coloured beer, with a moderate bitterness. This distinctive specialty beer is surprisingly clean, crisp and refreshing.

Dogbolter is based on the classic Munich style dark lager, characterised by an intense roasted caramel flavour derived from the use of aromatic chocolate malt and chocolate wheat. This results in a luscious rich toffee palate with mouth filling maltiness and refreshing sharpness on the mid palate, balanced by a bold hop bitterness.

Alpha Pale Ale is a traditionally brewed ale which takes its name from the the addition of specially selected Cascade hops that are high in Iso Alpha Bitterness. These hops create a rich bitterness that together with a slow fermentation deliver a complex aroma of citrus, fruity hop character with a full malt palate and bitter finish.

Redback Pale is brewed from both malted wheat and malted barley, and a blend of Saaz and Pride of Ringwood hops. Pride of Ringwood is added at the beginning of the boil for bitterness, Saaz hops are added close to the end of the boil for a subtle fresh hop aroma. It is fermented using a special strain of yeast ideally suited to this style of wheat beer.

Redback Cloudy is unfiltered and unpasteurised so there will be an intense spicy yeast and fruity character apparent in the aroma and on the palate.

Sticklers Best Bitter is meticulously crafted for English ale purists. It is a traditional bitter brewed to an old world recipe using Maris Otter malt and a hint of crystal malt balanced by East Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops, all of which are imported from England.

Our uncompromising approach to malt and hops selection gives this special ale its distinctively strong hop flavour and a unique copper hue. Use of traditional English ale yeasts enhances Stickler’s tantalising floral aroma, which is subtly reminiscent of dried fruits.

Rooftop Red Lager’s distinctive red hue and full, refreshing flavour are created by small-batch brewing using specially selected lightly-toasted carared and melanoidin malts. The aromatic Hersbrucker hop - added to the kettle late in the boil - softens and balances Rooftop’s malts to deliver a smooth, delicate palate rich with hints of toffee and caramel. Rooftop is a special brew that you can enjoy whatever the occasion.

Carlton Draught is a traditionally brewed draught lager. It is brewed with sun-ripened Australian barley malt for smoothness and it is hopped with CUB’s own special ‘Pride’ variety for an emphatic edge. Cool fermented with Carlton’s unique pure culture yeast for an easy drinking palate, Carlton Draught has a true refreshing aftertaste.
