Jasper Simmons is a veteran quarterback and an able speedster at his position. In the juniors' series he would play both ways and often took the role of blitzer. Nowadays, he occassionally does take the pitch on defence but he prefers to let the pros take care of t he blitzing, unless absolutely necessary. The Phoenix Sun-Times quoted him as saying "Waaaahl, I've got a bit of a hitch in my giddee up now, but whar eva coach wants me thas where you'll find me." He is team co-captain for offence.

Tony "Two Times" Adrianople is a veteran player with all the right moves. His strength and conditioning would have allowed him to play at the Blitzer position, but he feels more comfortable at catcher where his speed often gives opponents reason to do a double take.
A recent injury vs. fiendish Chaos Dwarves will have him in the trainers office more often than in recent memory.
Ersatz Linmen is a credit to his position. Well disciplined and able to make the fundamentals work to their most optimum level, particularly in tackling. His penchant for accurate kicks earned him a co-captain's position and he is the leader on special teams as well as being the number 2 man on the defensive side.

Billy Hoolihan may not be the brightest player on the blood bowl pitch, but he'll do anything to help his teammates. Coachs' instructions to him have boiled down to simple commands and gestures. Billy's favorite play is smashing things. When Billy Smashes things, they stay smashed. Frequently, the coaching staff will remind Billy not to be a hero. He has to be reminded of this many times, and the rest of team has picked up the mantra and used it as his nickname.

Denny "Shoelaces" McCarthy is a credit to the catcher position. As willing to play defence as offence, Rolf has made a name for himself by scooping up the ball and running in the defensive td when the opposition's offence is caught napping. When assigned a man to cover, he'll follow him to the ends of the earth. McCarthy picked up his nickname in training camp when he seemed to not have them tied as he would regularly fall over running full out.
