Showdown 2
Founding member of team.
Alex "Math Guy" Halkiadakis has been a vital member of the team since its inception. Both he and Mike Fitpatrick work in tandem to bring down the mightiest of foes.
Founding member of the team.
Mike Fitzpatrick has trained long and hard to be the best "support" blocker he can be to his pack of young Black Orc Blockers. He has taken Alex Halkiadakis under his wing, so to speak, to help him along in their quest to dominate opposing front lines everywhere.
Mike "Gangsta" Fitpatrick is second in CAS on the team (behind his blocking partner, Alex) through the first 10 games. He is also 2nd in SPP's (behind Zach Leavitt) with 23.

Looks like those... um.... B-12 shots that Rafael Palmeiro's friend recommended have come in handy after all... Zane bulked up midway through the first 10 games, and added some well-needed muscle to the Blitzer core.
After winning game 12, Zane revisited BALCo on the American West Coast, and paid a visit to Greg Anderson, the infamous trainer of such cheating professional athletes as Barry Bonds, Rafael Palmeiro, etc. Zane took a second round of treatments, and has bulked up to a size rarely ever seen before in the history of Orc blitzers.
Hope Nuffle doesn't test for HGH or stanazolol.....

First skilled player, scoring 13 SPP's (also a record) in the team's very first game, Zach is a "sideline specialist", able to keep his extraordinary balance when mere inches away from the frenzied spectators.

In Harlan's first two games of his career (the first being a SMACK tournament), Showdown 2 kicked to their opponents. On both first turns, Harlan was:
(a) blocked down
(b) fouled
(c) KILLED!
(d) regenerated, and found his way to the Reserves.
Not a great start to his Blood Bowl career, but as he gets some more experience, the coaching staff is sure that he will be a force to be reckoned with.

Unfortunately, Mike Bauer didn't get his "game" going until the 10th match of the team's career. In that game, late in the 2nd half, he sustained a horrifying injury to his left knee. Miraculously, he has rehabbed himself into a good enough shape to be used sparingly in certain game situations.
First Niggled player in team's history.
