Mug was a much valued member of the Northern Nigglaz, both amongst the players and audience. His ability to drive himself into a state of pure frenzy and charge into the opposing lines without any fear made him an excellent blitzer.
Sadly Mug was the victim of an assassin in the match against the Voodoo Nights. On the way out to the pitch someone attacked him and slashed him badly in his leg. Although his orc metabolism healed the injury quickly, the dagger was coated with a deadly venom that spread through his body. It will slowly kill him, and sometimes the pain is too unbearable for Mug to be able to play.
It wasn't the venom that ended his career with the North Tribe Nigglaz, but a clawed skaven blitzer. In the match vs the Middenhem Murinae Mug was attacked by two rats, and one of them dug into his flesh with his sharpened claws, causing a horrible injury.
With his orc metabolism weakened from the deadly venom infecting his body there was no chance that Mug would recover from the injury well enough to play again, so he was forced to retire. When the orc berserker was well enough to walk he set course out into the northern wastes, presumably to die in peace.
While in the northern wastes he found a chaos warp gate. The area was inhabited by a ragged bunch of creatues of different races, all deeply effected by the mutating powers of the warp gate. Mug quickly subdued the leader and took control of the creatues, but his ambition didn't end with being the tribe leader of a small wasteland settlement. He gathered the most able warriors and went back into the Northland to yet again seek fortune and fame on the Blood Bowl pitch.

Ghar was just like Mug a member of the Northern Tribe, but seeked refuge in the northern wastes after challenging the clan leader. The warp gate twisted both his mind and physical appearance and he is now truly a bizarre creature. The mutation has made him strong as a black orc while still maintaining an impressive agility. Ghar has become the right hand man of Mug.
Ghar has become a big crowd favourite after scoring an amazing 4 fatalities in his first 7 matches.

Hark arrived through the warp gate. A member of some unknown warrior race Hark had bravely ventured into the portal and is now stuck in these lands. Mug saw his potential and convinced the mysterious runed brute to play for the Bloodboyz.

Horror was found living in the tunnels directly below the warp gate and has suffered tremendous mutations from its corrupting powers. Few knows which race he belongs to, but his twisted appearance and shrill shrieks can easily fill hearts with fear and hopes are high that Horror will become a prominent member of the Bloodboyz.

Alta Ego is so deeply changed by the warp gate that nobody knows what race he originally belonged to. The mutating powers have turned him into a snarling beast, unable to speak, but his brutality will be a big benifit on the pitch.
Njarl and his brother Mjalnir were part of a norse expidition into the northern wastes in search of a legendary treasure. The norsemen were soon scattered by the might of the Northern Tribe, but the two brothers escaped and seeked refuge in the valley of the warp gate. The mutating powers have effected them to a high degree, but their powers have mostly been benificial, although perhaps not so much on their apperance.

Skrill and his brother Drakh was found by Mug on one of his nightly raids. The pale, hairless creatures might have been humans once, but the power of the warp gate has transformed them into something quite different.

Got his jaw smashed in by a rat ogre vs Malmo Mighty Rats
Neeno claims to have been born out of the warp gate, and he doesn't resemble any of the races living in the northern lands. The weird creature claims to have supernatural abilities and he does move in a most unnatural manner, almost pulsing his way through the pitch as if he was moving in and out of the very frames of physics.
Achievments & Happenings
Broke his ribs on a foul vs RTSV Bloodbowlers
Ruk was a ruthless criminal in his former life, forced to flee out into the wastes to escape the justice of the Ansgard Supreme Court. It is hard to know to what extent the cold blooded killer has changed from the energy of the chaos warp, but he is an immensly fast runner and as such an appreciated asset on the pitch.
Achievements & Happenings
Would have died on the pitch vs Malmo Mighty Rats if not for the apothecary

Cerebos is a ferocious creature, wolflike in appearance but humanoid none the less. The semi intelligent creature can only communicate through howls and gnarls, but is still a genious with a ball. Cerebos has become something of a pet to the clan leader Mug.
Fatalities
Karl Kleinhand, thrower - RTSV Bloodbowlers
Reignar had to endure the torment of seeing his family murdered by the marauding chaos creatures of the northern wastes and set out on a solitary quest to hunt them down. He faced Mug da Rager in a duel, but after a lengthy battle he was defeated. Mug was impressed with his abilities and spared his life in exchange for a promise to join the Bloodboyz. Reignar accepted the demands and was brought into the team. His face still bears the clear crimson mark of Mug's battle axe.

Rocksmash wandered out into the Northern Wastes and was drawn to the humming sound of the warp gate. He has been heavily corrupted by the chaotic powers, but found his place amongst the ragged desert dwellers. He took a liking to Mug and joined the Bloodboyz to help his friends.
