Going with dp was a long debate with this guy.
Finally i gave in. Mostly, my reasoning was, even if i don't play with a dp, it doesnt mean that my opponents wont use theirs against me.
The turn 1 foul on my highest spp beastie that killed him (apo saved, luckily) a few games back was the determining factor.
If/when the situation comes up again, i sure hope this guy is on the field to pay them back...
