Mousillon Maulers
Hulmett actually travelled for a while to the city of Mousillon, to try out for the bigger teams. Unfortunately once you've been dead for a fair few thousand years, it's easy to lose track of a few months. As such he arrived into Mousillon to find the Maulers as the only team around, initially displeased with the standard of play he saw and at the prospect of a long journey back home, luck shined on Hulmett. An accident involving the substandard embalming of the team captain, left the spot vacant. Hulmett was pleased to take the job of team captain, and hopes to lend his millennia of experience to the rest of the team.

Ackmutt has always been superceeded, even when he was alive he was overlooked for the throne of his kingdom due to his older brother being alive. In death this trend continued after the existing team captain of the Maulers suffered an accident, Ackmutt was set to take the position untill Hulmett showed up. Fortunately Ackmutt is also wise, and gladly let the older, wiser mummy take the captaincy. Afterall, being younger by a few thousand years with the benefit of better embalming techniques can only mean that eventually the coveted 1 position will be his. Being younger has already paid off, resulting in a larger casualty rate in his early games compared to Hulmett.
Baraum, and his brother Merohm both hail from a rich background of violence (always useful in the sport of Blood Bowl) but also hate, mainly of being cut from the selection of the Macabre Mousillon Mashers on account of not being violent enough. They both set out to prove the coach of the Mashers that he was mistaken in his judgement, or they'll die (!) trying. They found their way into the Maulers by simply being the only Wights left around in the city at the time.

Arhrm'aol is one of the few inhabitants of Mousillon remaining who is not actually dead. Although compared to his once human form he might have let his standards slip a bit. He has spent a large amount of his time practicing catches, whether this pays off for the Maulers remains to be seen.
KRallm'ung, another ghoul in the city used to be a stable boy before being spotted for a passing NAF team, unfortunately luck didn't smile on him shortly after, and he became a ghoul after the plague swept the city. As luck would have it, being overlooked by the bigger teams that formed, he found a spot in the number 6 slot of the Maulers.
Weey'oon joined the Maulers after their second game, with an aim to try and prove himself in the new team. He hasn't quite found a role at this time, however after a few games he hopes to find himself a permanent position.
Decomposing Billy is, well, a zombie. He smells off pitch, he smells on pitch. Whilst it is true that some of this is due to his rotting feet, it is also partly down to the fact that he keeps his jock strap in his armpit when he's not wearing it.
Ungar Thayy actually was the original zombie in the team, however he bit two humans that came to investigate when they noticed that most of the undead were leaving the city. Whilst providing the Maulers with some more players, Ungar unfortunately bit two amateur players who's skills surpassed his own, relegating him to line duties.
Shaon, like Billy, was an amateur human player, who, despite being the better of the players, chose to play in his lucky number, 11. He is the best zombie player in the team though, and never lets Ungar or Billy forget that!
Formerly of the Tree Lovin' Hippies, Elsant took a nasty downward block from Ackmutt, which crushed his skull with a sickening crunch. Shortly after being carried off the pitch, the body began to walk slowly towards the Maulers dugout, whereby he gained a spot on the team, after all, any team can use another body, and the Maulers especially know about how to get and use bodies!
Leggy McGraw was a tall bloke, Unfortunately, about fifty years ago his height got the better of him, when a harvesting accident left his neck on the recieving end of a scythe blade. Revived by Tobblroneh, he seems to want to make the most of his new career.
Kelly, nicknamed 'Bones' due to the fact that he was always breaking them as a child on account of being skinny (ultimately becoming a victim of himself when he fell from a tree!) always enjoyed goofing around. However his brittleness seems to have followed him into this (un)life, suffering from a broken neck, for the second time in his existence, in his second game.
'Longarm' was once a fine human thrower, famous in the minor leagues and buried as a local celebrity after his unfortunate death. He was handed an exploding ball by an opponent who hid the proper ball in the ruck, Daven tried to throw the pass to a waiting catcher and unfortunately was not quick enough. Priding accuracy over speed in his passes, he paid the price - although the crowd loved the whole play and anybody who had a piece of Daven as they left the game was allowed free admission into the following game that season. Unfortunately, the jigsaw nature of his burial has left a few bones out of place or missing altogether, so his throwing form is not what it once was, however given enough practice Daven hopes to be able to recover his ability.
Incidentally, referring to his incredible range during his life, his nickname of 'Longarm' now refers to the fact that he now has one arm much longer than the other, possibly due to one of his forearm bones being stolen by a dog, and replaced by that of another mans leg!
Fat Joe, the name says it all. He was known for his voracious appetite and was selected to play in the number 16 role due to his girth, despite being a skeleton, and as such having no actual fat, or skin, or anything other than bones, he is still a slightly intimidating sight on the field.
