It is belived, the harsh treatment of his elders caused some mental trama in Petra that have not subsided to this day. Others believe it si from a tragic family accident. When Petra was 10, he was the lone "survivor" of an apparent Cold One hunting expedition gone wrong. His whole family was lost sans Petra. The investigations ruled it a miracle he survived, but some question how Petra was able to retrive personal items from each family member that he wears on a necklace to this day.

A recent addition to the Nomads, Imtha was called up from the Penal Leagues near the Lustria border after the recent loss of Tye Griffith. It is hoped the Imtha is a better dodger then Tye was, or the Penal Leagues may be the least of Imtha's worries.
