Throwing has never excited the Fourth Wall fans more than when Lionel Hunker first picked up the ball.
A natural with the pass, Hunker has developed an extremely varied playing style over the brief period since his being drafted to replace Baz Clunky.
His "Devil-May-Care" attitude to the ranged game has drawn out a more risky, flashy side to the team in general and the chant "Longbomb Lionel!" reverberates round the stadium every time the "Wall" play Offense.
Trouble has struck however; Hunker continues to improve his skills, though, by picking up a niggling injury in a recent match he may have to retire.

Those who know him refer to Nurmal Edvaards as the "Workhorse", climbing up through the regional leagues to finally be picked as a starting Catcher for the Fourth Wall, he's had to fight every step of the way.
After the death of lead Catcher Marcel C. Spone, Nurmal has become the focus of attention for the fans, Throwers and opposition players alike. A position he feels he was born to play.
Some pundits, however, have noted that he has yet to make the role his own, with no pass completions or touchdowns to his name.
"Sometimes I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders," says Edvaards candidly, "but I know that the Lord only gives us as much as we can handle."
Here's hoping the next weight Edvaards feels is a Blood Bowl ball, and that he feels it in his hands and not his shoulders...
Due to broken ribs, the next game will be Nurmal's first on the bench. He has played in all of the "Wall's" twenty-nine matches, making him the longest-running player the team has ever had.

Career linesmen don't come along everyday, but fortunately for the Fourth Wall, Ban Danzigg does. A resolute performer with his place firmly secured in the LOS, Danzigg has gained a reputation for stubbornly facing off with anything the opposition puts in front of him.
He works alongside close friend Anton Dent, the combination has earned respect from the rest of the squad;
"Those guys'll do the rough & dirty stuff keeping the bad guys off my back all day and be last out of the pub at closing time" says Nurmal Edvaards.
"The LOS can get pretty hairy at times and there's no-one I'd rather have supporting me in there than Danzigg & Dent" adds Malcolm Training.
