Team Captain.

(20 April 1889 – 30 April 1945)

Was the leader of the National Socialist German Workers Party (The Nazi party). He was appointed Chancellor of Germany in 1933, and became Führer (leader)[2] in 1934, remaining in power until his suicide in 1945.

The Nazi Party under Hitler gained power during Germany's period of crisis after World War I, using propaganda and charismatic oratory, emphasizing nationalism, anti-semitism and arrest and murder of political opponents. After restructuring the economy and rearming the military, a dictatorship commonly characterized as totalitarian or fascist was established. Hitler pursued an aggressive foreign policy, with an ideological goal of Lebensraum. The German invasion of Poland in 1939 triggered World War II with the British and French Empires.

was one of the most famous German field marshals of World War II. He was the commander of the Deutsches Afrika Korps and also became known by the nickname “The Desert Fox” for the skilful military campaigns he waged on behalf of the German Army in North Africa. He was later in command of the German forces opposing the Allied cross-channel invasion at Normandy. He is thought by many to have been the most skilled commander of desert warfare in World War II.

Rommel's military successes earned the respect not only of his troops and Adolf Hitler, but also that of his enemy Commonwealth troops in the North African Campaign.
